The shimmering stars in the sky held secrets. Not only secrets, but lives. Each star that hovered in the blanket of darkness represented the life of a universe. Multiple universes that beamed with life, much like the light the stars gave off. With the collection of stars, each universe formed a constellation. Under these constellations were shapes called Zodiacs. Those born under a specific Zodiac sign would posses specific qualities relating to that sign.

However, the multiverse in which the spiraling mass of stars floated in was soon beginning to die. As birth occurs, as must death. A stubborn deity that overwatched these universes grew stubborn with the impending end. With her mass power, paradise was made. Sophia, this wise deity, formed a universe caught between the ripples of time and space — a temporary safe haven. Arcadios was her home, and soon the home of many others.

Sophia’s stubborn view to the death of the multiverse caused her to pull a bold move. With an outreached grasp, Sophia began to bring the most promising of people to her safe haven. These souls brought to Arcadios would be the strongest of their sign, holding powerful attributes that honored their star sign.

Sophia hoped to bring about the lost 13th Sign — the Phoenix. This sign represents immortality and perseverance — hoping that the people she gathers can be “reborn” and survive as the universe dies.

Sophia welcomed each newcomer with all the amenities they could need. However, some proved to be rowdy. With their powers and weapons stripped — they were only able to train during approved exercises. Until then, each resident would, in theory, live blissfully.

But, as of recently…

Sophia’s tropical paradise has been corrupted by a power beyond her range. It is here, the trickster known as Dolos has made himself known. Wielding a power similar to Sophia, Dolos is restricted by the rule that he “can not interfere with anyone unless he has permission to do so.” Meaning, Dolos has been manipulating the world around him to try and cause panic and chaos indirectly! Bad Luck, possessions, and more will plague the lands.

But.. why has Sophia been unable to stop him? It is now, the great Goddess has disclosed more information about Arcadios. To meet the requirement to bring the world into existence, her power needed a ‘boost’. With this, Dolos offered a bit of his power to help the Goddess, blurring the lines between good and evil. With Sophia and Dolos making a truce pact, the trickster still roams the land to cause trouble, but only when he feels like it! What is his true motives and why did he truly help Sophia?
